When it comes to investing in residential real estate it may seem like there are dozens of different types of properties out there.

While it may look that way in the end it really boils down to single-family residential and multi-family residential.

As you can see in the image above there isn’t a ton to know about property types in the residential space.

However, you should be aware of the ins and out of these two types.  Some of those details are listed in the image.
